How long do I have warranty?
My Brand provides a standard 6 month warranty on all items from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to stones. Stones that come off are not covered by the warranty period, provided it is a known complaint or production error.
My item has defects? What should i do?
Oops, that’s not the point. We are happy to solve this for you. Mail a photo of the article to webshop@mybrandglobal.com, then we will look at what is wrong as soon as possible and offer you a suitable solution.
